Lucinda Price (aka Froomes) is an Australian comedian, presenter, broadcaster and writer, known for her quick wit, irreverent humour and distinctive take on popular culture.

A natural entertainer with a knack for finding comedy in everyday life, Lucinda moves between television, documentary, live performance and digital media. Whether interviewing strangers, exploring internet subcultures or making sense of the absurdities of modern life, she brings curiosity, sharp observations and a healthy willingness to do anything for the bit.

Lucinda was a cast member of ABC’s hit television series Race Around the World, travelling across ten countries over 100 days creating ten original films exploring pop culture, modern dating, identity and the internet. Her work was celebrated for its bold, original approach to everyday subjects.

Her television credits include hosting the red carpet at the 2022 ARIA Awards, presenting on MTV Australia and ABC’s Art Works, appearing in Amazon’s The Moth Effect and ABC’s At Home Alone Together, and contributing writing to the 2021 ARIA Awards and ABC’s Question Everything.

Lucinda is also an award-winning author. Her debut book, All I Ever Wanted Was To Be Hot, became an instant bestseller and won an Australian Book Industry Award (ABIA) for Small Publishers’ Adult Book of the Year. She was also nominated for the 2025 Matt Richell Award for New Writer of the Year.

A seasoned live performer and MC, Lucinda has appeared at some of Australia’s biggest festivals and events, including the Sydney Opera House. Her sold-out debut show at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival received a five-star review from The Age.

Through her production company FROOMESWORLD, Lucinda independently writes, produces, presents and edits original content, building a cult following online and earning her an AACTA nomination for Best Digital Creator. Her writing has appeared in The Guardian, The Sydney Morning Herald and the ABC, and her newsletter has more than 14,000 subscribers.

Lucinda has worked with some of Australia’s biggest brands and is an ambassador for Destination NSW and InsideOut Institute for Eating Disorders.
