Maggie Looke is an Australian comedy writer, director and producer working at the top end of light entertainment and studio formats.

She has worked on flagship series including Spicks and Specks, Hard Quiz, Have You Been Paying Attention? and Guy Montgomery’s Guy Mont-Spelling Bee, with extensive experience delivering high-volume, broadcast-ready comedy. She’s known for sharp joke writing and strong format instincts.

Maggie plays a key role in shaping tone, structure and pace within established formats, and is regularly relied on to lead rooms, refine segments and keep shows moving.

Her work has been recognised with the Moosehead Award at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, as well as Directors’ Choice and Pinder Awards for shows she has directed. Her original podcast The Tokyo Hotel reached #1 on the iTunes comedy charts.
