Nicola is best known to Australian audiences as a lead cast member in all six series of the award-winning Thank God You’re Here.  Her numerous television credits also include regular and semi-regular cast roles on The Hollowmen (Working Dog), How Not To Behave (ABC/Screentime), Frayed (ABC), Wellmania (Netflix), Time Of Our Lives (ABC), This Is Your Laugh (Ch 7), Swift And Shift Couriers (SBS) and Sleuth 101 (ABC). Other TV credits include guest roles on Doctor Doctor (Ch 9), Rake (ABC), Here Come The Habibs (Jungle Boys/Ch9), Streetsmart (10), Born to Spy (ABC), The Letdown (ABC), Mystery Of A Hansom Cab (ABC), Australia Versus (Ch 7), and Slideshow (Ch 7) amongst others. As a writer/performer Nicola devised, wrote and appeared in the BBC /UKTV/Freehand production of Some Say Love, and starred in Part Time Private Eyes which she co-created, co-wrote and co-produced alongside Heidi Arena as part of a Network Ten initiative.

On stage, Nicola recently performed at the Sydney Opera House in improvised comedy Slide Night, directed by Paul Leadon, and performed in the sell-out theatre production of Senior Moments at the Glen Street, Riverside and Concourse Theatres. She also performed in 160 Characters for several years, which toured nationally and internationally, playing the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Sydney Cracker Comedy Festival, Adelaide Festival and Singapore International Arts Festival. Her other stage credits include the Cracker Comedy Festival’s This Is Your Laugh as well as Tabloid Musical, Twelfth Night, As You Like It and many improv theatre seasons at Sydney’s Belvoir Street and Enmore Theatres. Nicola has also won the Australian National Improv Championships as part of the NSW team and directed the award-winning comedy band The Axis Of Awesome for the Melbourne and Edinburgh Comedy Festivals.

As a voice-over artist, Nicola has worked for most of Australia’s major commercial stations, as well as a multitude of corporate clients. She’s also appeared in several television commercials.

In addition to her performing credits, Nicola has been the Artistic Director of Impro Australia, General Manager of Actors Centre Australia, Associate Director of the UK’s Bush Theatre, and a Resident Director at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA).
